We carry a very extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of vendor shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items featured on our site at all times. All items are subject to prior sale. If an item is not in stock you will be so advised and will be asked if we should put it on backorder for automatic shipment when received.

Both the 16 and 17cm bracelets are VERY small. These sizes are usually worn by children or people with extremely thin wrists.
The most common size worn is a 19cm bracelet. This allows room to fit beads on your bracelet and remain comfortable. If in doubt, order a size up or two. Remember, even if your bracelet fits well on your wrist, you must allow room for all of your beads to fit when you complete your bracelet.

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Purchases may be returned for full credit 30 days from purchase. The purchase amount will be refunded less shipping expenses in the same manner payment was received: check or credit card.
If you ordered an item and wish to exchange it due to your error in sizing, color, etc, you will be charged a $5 service fee.
Warranty
The Pandora Store offers a special one year warranty for purchases made from The Pandora Store. The warranty covers manufacturer defects including defective clasps, loose threads and missing stones. The warranty does not cover any change to the finish of the jewelry from improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals or general wear and tear.
Oxidized bracelets are specially treated to give them their dark appearance. As these bracelets are worn, exposed to water, and as the beads slide on them during daily wear, the finish may fade. This is not a defect of the oxidized bracelet line, just general wear and tear, and is not covered under warranty.
Shipping
All orders under $85 shipped within the continental U.S. ship FREE via US Postal Service, with the option to upgrade to UPS Ground for $7.50. US Postal is NOT insured, nor is it TRACKABLE. Orders over $85 shipped within the continental U.S. ship FREE via regular UPS Ground (Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian orders are subject to added costs). Priority delivery options are also available. UPS 3-Day is $10, UPS 2nd Day Air is $20 and UPS Next Day Air is $30. UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, thus USPS must be selected for all deliveries, which is a $7.50 shipping fee.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
All shipping addresses should to be verified before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, you may incur a $10 fee for re-directing your shipment to the correct address. Please contact us immediately to report any errors to avoid this fee.
Damage claims
If you receive a damaged shipment, contact our shipping department and a return label will be sent to you. A replacement or refund will be arranged. Claims for damage must be received within 14 days of purchase date.
