How do I clean my jewelry?

For cleaning, simply use lukewarm soapy water - that is the best. Use a soft tooth brush to scrub the jewelry and then rinse it in clean water. To remove caked-on dirt, let it soak for 10 minutes in lukewarm soapy water, gently brush it clean and then rinse it in clean water.

For a shinier surface, you can stop into our Mall of America location for a FREE in-store cleaning or polish your jewelry with a cloth with cleaning solution, which is also available at our store.

What is the warranty on PANDORA

Our warranty is for two years and covers anything that is a manufacturer defect. These include, but are not limited to clasp defects, loose bracelet threads, etc. General wear and tear on a bracelet and improper cleaning are examples of things not covered by warranty.

Oxidized bracelets are specially treated to give them their dark appearance. As these bracelets are worn, exposed to water, and as the beads slide on them during daily wear, the finish may fade. This is not a defect of the oxidized bracelet line, just general wear and tear, and is not covered under warranty.
